Community Management Intern

Job Responsibilities :

  • Implement social media and communication campaigns to align with marketing strategies
  • Open to different time slots (helps if you feel you’re not exactly a morning person)
  • Respond to comments/messages and shopper queries rigorously
  • Constantly monitor and report (daily and weekly) on feedback and online reviews
  • Constantly monitor and run ads on social media and ad networks
  • Plan and execute social contents
  • Coordinate with Marketing, PR and Communications teams to ensure brand consistency
  • Liaise everyday with cross functions to stay updated on new products and features
  • Build relationships with customers, potential customers, industry professionals and journalists
  • Keep up with digital technology trends
  • Keen eye and ability to identify and track relevant community metrics
  • Better if you have knowledge using Google Analytics and other measurement tools and continually improve through testing and new initiatives
Requirements :
  • Graduate from a reputed University
  • Good and adaptive at written and verbal communications
  • CPGA irrelevant as long as you are thorough, sharp and up for the chills and thrills
